Formation is at the heart of Kildare Ministries. It is how we nurture faith, grow in leadership, and deepen our commitment to justice, compassion, hospitality, courage, hope, and wonder.
Inspired by the Gospel and the traditions of the Brigidine and Presentation Sisters, our formation opportunities invite staff, students, leaders, Trustees and directors to reflect, connect, and be transformed. Through induction programs, professional networks, student seminars, retreats, and pilgrimage, we are formed both personally and communally for mission.
Every experience of formation helps us to understand and respond to the changing needs of our world. We seek to answer the “one cry” of the poor and the earth, building inclusive communities where dignity is honoured, diversity celebrated, and the common good advanced.
