Formation in Kildare Ministries is a lifelong journey of faith, learning, and leadership. It is how we draw strength from the Gospel and our Brigidine and Presentation traditions to respond with courage and hope to the changing needs of our world.
Our formation opportunities are diverse and dynamic, offering pathways for personal growth, professional development, and spiritual reflection. Programs include:
- Professional Networks for Principals and CEOs, Faith Leaders, Business Managers, Risk Coordinators, Justice and Sustainability Leaders. These provide formation, collegial support, and collaboration.
- Retreats including the Integral Ecology Retreat and biennial Leaders Retreat, creating time for prayer, reflection, and deepening mission identity.
- Pilgrimage to Ireland, following in the footsteps of Brigid and Nano Nagle.
- Leadership Formation, through workshops, induction, and reflection days for Principals, CEOs, Board Directors and Trustees.
- Biennial Conference, gathering representatives from across our ministries and community to reflect, discern, and grow together in mission.
